Damages, shortages, missing items or order queries
Claims arising from damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and followed in writing to email@example.com
If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the purchase price paid for the item excluding shipping costs.
Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.
